We will give you a basic SUP lesson to get you going. With flat water no wind and safe conditions you get to explore the Bay. With our experienced guides watching over you, enjoy the fun of stand-up paddling with amazing views of Table Mountain and Lions Head all from the water. Sea life to be viewed like dolphins, sunfish, whales, penguins and amazing views of Cape Town.
Bring sunscreen, towel and a change of clothes and a waterproof camera.
We will paddle around the protected bay and toward the Mouille Point lighthouse taking us along the Atlantic coastline with calm waters and no breaking waves.
